"Room was super nice and the property is in a great spot in the neighborhood. We had some issues with the door code resetting multiple times during our stay, which was pretty frustrating. Otherwise the stay was good."

"Unless you’re desperately needing a place to stay, skip this one. Unless you’re super budget conscious, skip this one. They couldn’t offer me early check-in and then had the audacity to not only say no to the early check-in (I was going to pay the fee), they told me I wouldn’t be able to check in until 5:45. Check-in is at 4pm. My question was when were you going to tell me that? I have things to do. Your code also doesn’t work until 4 pm so if you want to store your belongings in the locker,...

"Perfect location for us! So much within walking distance. It was great to have more space than a traditional hotel room, as well as a full kitchen. Only negative is the noise. It is such a busy area and right in the hospital district, so sirens, traffic, and the bus stop on the street right outside the building made it very noisy all night. However, if you can sleep through noise - I'd highly recommend staying here!"

"I got a text 30 min after check in and a call almost an hour after check in telling me my room was not ready. the room was clean and ready when i got in at 4 pm. i was then told i couldn't be told why i couldn't be in the room because the authorities would possibly need to be coming because the maid found something. keep in mind i was already checked in and unpacked my things. they they offered another accommodation almost 2 miles away, and i told them I picked this property because I could...

"Hello I had a wonderful stay! The only thing I would say is that there was a distinct odor at this location (maybe from a previous stay) other than that I had a great experience. Thank you for your communication also! "

"Non-descript location but we loved it. More like a VRBO property than a hotel. Communication with host was very good, especially since we had questions about accessing the property. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Philadelphia area."

"Overall disappointing stay at the (not)sosuite Neighbourhood felt pretty unsafe with a homeless shelter down the road and unhoused folks wandering around. Check in was confusing, overly complicated and only made worse with the anonymity for the host that the email and text process provides. Additional prepaid damages and parking certainly adds to the lack of any perceived value The receptionist for the building was helpful but let us know it’s not really her job to check us in. Room was only...
