"When we arrived, we found both beds had traces of blood on the bedsheets, it was disgusting when we went to the front desk and asked for new sheets. The guy was very rude. The next day I asked to speak to a manager, she initially offered to compensate us. but then change her mind because we chose to still stay with them. This is one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had at a hotel. this place is beyond horrible."

The rooms are consistently clean and nicely updated, the beds are super comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. This time they even offered us warm cookies fresh out of the oven, which was such a nice touch! "

"The staff was polite and very helpful. It is an easy uber drive into the city. There is a Waffle House right next door that was great. However, we had several issues during our stay. Upon arrival, it was very clear our shower had not been cleaned from the previous guest. There was hair and dirt in the drain and on the shelves. "Our 4th floor room was large and very quiet. The plug-in USB connectors beside the bed would consistently quit working, and the Wi-Fi connection was very slow. Breakfast was typical not bad, but not good very limited selection and the same thing every day. All in all, I would stay here again. Compared to other hotels in the area the amount we paid was a relative bargain."

"Room was very clean. Good breakfast except for the eggs. Most places use egg beaters and these tasted like real eggs, though I wasn’t a fan of the flavor. Pool closes earlier than I’d hoped but the hot tub is open until 10:00 pm. Wifi speed is comparable to other chain hotels. Really enjoyed the balcony for the room I was in.
