"Hotel is pretty rundown. My room has a jacuzzi tub that did not look clean and was not used during my stay. I got out of bed in the middle of the night and my feet landed in a puddle of water. Water was coming from the floor by the jacuzzi. I notified front desk, she said there was nothing she could do (understandable as it was very late and she was alone) and offered another room. In the morning while I was grabbing coffee, i heard arguing in the reception area. A female was speaking loud and...

"Staff very helpful, by phone in advance and in person upon arrival. Bar and restaurant were nice with several food options, lobby is clean and updated. Room was clean and basically updated. My only complaint was a small area of wallpaper peeling from a section of wall in bathroom. The shuttle to airport was on time and while we were only there for a short one night stay, I would recommend and use again for an early morning flight."

"We had to change rooms 3 times because they were not fully functional, including lacking the advertised amenities. The worst thing was a pungent and permeating odor coming from a utility closet and room, which was overwhelmingly noticeable 😷"
