"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Have been there several times now. However, we are not too pleased to see people off the street come to fill their pockets with the continental breakfast and leave. Would like to see this stopped."

"The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room."

"The room was clean and comfortable but there was a window ac unit and no shade on the window. Closing the curtains for privacy meant blocking the ac. The room also lacked a full length mirror and had limited bathroom vanity space. I did like the laminate floors, the room was a nice size and the bed was comfy"

"This hotel is NOT even close to what it looks like in the pictures. It is a dilapidated, very dated hotel in need of a gut and complete replacement of everything. The indoor pool is empty, the grounds are littered and frankly scary to stay there, we got in and got out as quickly as possible in the morning. For the price.. this was WAY WAY over priced.."

"Nobody in office 8 pm til 11 am. Don't go looking for a great breakfast. Staff friendly when we were there. Mold in shower, debris on carpet, windows covered in ripped ancient contact paper. Beds comfy, convenient location. All wood decks and stairs cracked, loose, shaky and decrepit. Only a few chairs available and some broken. Prepare yourself to dash across busy street to reach tiny bit of sandy beach. Did see a canoe there."

"We enjoyed our stay at BW Concord NH. Great staff, always available and helpful. Breakfast with a good variety. Hot tub is the highlight of our stay, a great addition after our daily walks. Pool is nice too and they have some pool toys for kids. What I would suggest as an improvement is the carpet and AC filter’s smell of humidity."

"We stayed here for one night for an early morning visit to Brewster Academy. The property looks like is was well kept. The last working the evening shift was really nice and helpful checking us in. The lady working the front desk in the morning was very rude. We asked for late checkout to allow our son the opportunity to come back and shower after his visit to Brewster Academy, but she was not accommodating at all despite the hotel not being at capacity. "Homewood’s Inn & Suite is a very nice, well-maintained, & friendly staff. I stayed for two nights for an out of town wedding. The check-in and check-out process were easy and seem less. My room was roomy and clean with all the necessities included. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and offered a wide variety of food. The shuttle bus service was an added bonus & the convenience of the C&J bus station .3 miles away was perfect for my travels to and from the airport in Boston. The staff were...
