"This was the worst lodging experience I’ve ever had. Despite having a legitimate reservation, we were treated like squatters and even had the police called on us. The staff was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve the situation appropriately. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a stressful and embarrassing ordeal. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will never stay here again."

The only issue we had with the room was that the hard wood floors were not scrubbed very good. "We were in what was considered a suite. The sofa bed when opened left no room between in and the king bed therefore in an emergency situation there was no exit space without climbing over the bed. Also the mattress on the sofa bed was awful. Things seemed clean but there were items like the hinges on the door in the bathroom that looked dirty because it was rusted.
