"The place looked like it was out of the Wild West. Only rooms available were smoking rooms. Had to get the key reprogrammed three times before I could get into the room. Once inside, the chair was filthy, the carpet needed cleaning, and the smell was overwhelming. The bathroom light switch was strange, it took a while to figure how it worked. Wyndham needs to tear that one down and start over. "

"This is an old, out dated hotel. It is understaffed and in poor condition.i waited 15 minutes for check-in because the front desk lady was folding laundry. The elevator didn't work. The tv didn't work. The hair dyer didnt work. The room phone wasn't connected. Hallways hadn't been vacuumed. Very dirty place."

"What a bad experience. The place was a dump and the staff was like something out of a bad movie. We had a change in plans that forced us to find a hotel last minute during a busy big city weekend. Unfortunately this was the only option. Everything from foul smells, stained and dirty sheets, and a staff that seemed like they may be being trafficked. After one night we moved hotels and of course were refused a refund for the second night. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car or even...

"Parking is poor. The parking lot was full with little room for maneuvering and the other end was blocked so you had to back all the way out. My daughter ended up leaving her car at the Expo Center where we were attending an event and walking over to the hotel. I think they do some long term parking for people leaving their cars on vacation but it really isn't big enough of a lot to accommodate both. The room seemed clean but after showering in the morning, my daughter's feet were filthy...

"Was in town for a sporting event. Great location and room was a good size and clean. Check in was an interesting experience. Very little interaction, very transactional and now clear guidelines given on how to find our room, and no information was provided regarding the breakfast facilities/times etc was given. Personally I find having an airpod in during a customer interaction a little unprofessional but I could just be old fashioned and used to the customer service of more recognized chains....

"Breakfast was standard and the AC was dated and slow, but it did the job."

"Bed smelled like pee... Requested a room change and they did.. we forgot something in the mini fridge in the next day we asked to get access to the fridge and they let us in but you could easily see that it was just the beds made and nothing clean the room still stinked.. it shows that the cleaning staff doesn't care they just put the bed back together instead of trying to clean. We won't be staying there again"

"Room was ok, the hvac unit in the room as not sealed. Which made the room very drafty. Shower was ok, it wouldn't seal to make the shower full blast. Door latch wouldn't come out, had to lock the door and unlock for the latch to come out to be able to shut the door. "

"The wifi was down the entire time. TV barely worked. Construction right outside our room. I was in town for a work trip and couldn't use my computer to work during the day."
