"I would not recommend anyone book this hotel. Bathroom has mold on the tiles, door and ceiling, I booked a 2 night stay but only stayed one night due to the late hour we arrived and I was traveling with an elderly. Still attempting to get a refund for the next night. Staff were pleasant but this hotel needs an upgrade. "

"The whole atmosphere and jungle setting
Was incredible. It’s like stepping back in time like Jurassic park. The wild life amazing and incredible views. The only downside about the whole stay was in room 415 and the air-conditioner was not working Properly so I had very little Sleep. They staff looked at the problem but no resolución. This was the only
Reason I could not Rate the resort higher."

"I book reservations online when I arrived at 11 PM in a taxi the hotel was completely closed and locked. I called the property. The gentleman told me that there was no more rooms available."

"Quiero dejar un reconocimiento especial para dos empleados del pool bar, Russell y Avery, quienes hicieron nuestra experiencia increíble. Fueron amables, atentos y siempre con una excelente actitud. Realmente fueron lo máximo.
Además, todos los empleados del hotel fueron magníficos y nos hicieron sentir muy bien atendidos durante toda la estadía. Sin duda, un servicio excepcional que hizo la diferencia."

"Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful. The hotel is located very close to the airport. This was very convenient for me because of my schedule."

"Check in was quick and simple. Rooms are large and clean. Only thing I would have liked that was not there was a fridge.
We were able to store our luggage for the day to explore and when we returned the free shuttle to the airport was quick.
The hotel is close to the airport but quite a distance from downtown Panamá City. If you are hoping to explore the city it may not be the property you want to stay at unless you are willing to Uber to downtown."
