"Stayed last year at the ritz Carlton and decided again this year. Staff are amongst the best very helpful and welcoming. "The hotel has a very luxurious feel to it, set over multiple levels with lots of greenery and views out to the sea. The staff are all friendly and helpful and can't do enough to make your stay as good as possible. " Nice hotel and nice big territory, very green. Hotel staff is great! Amazing breakfast. - There are smoking areas in the hotel, but it seems that the staff is okay with people smoking on their balcony which was very annoying to us as we were not able to sit on our balcony due to smoking nearby. "Fantastic hotel with great staff. We loved staying here and were even picked as “VIP of the day”, which meant a free cocktail for both of us and a platter of fruits in the room upon arrival, just awesome. We had a really good stay and enjoyed ourselves to the fullest when in the hotel. Would absolutely stay here again, even though parking is a nightmare.
