Pools were immaculate and many options. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room is awesome, housekeeping was perfect. Room service was ok. They forgot about one of our orders, but everything else came on time. The tacos are the way to go for room service snacks.

This place was absolutely stunning! I went to celebrate my daughters graduation. Every person who worked there always had a smile on their face always willing to help. They went above and beyond to help make this trip extra special especially at Los Lorios! Will definitely be returning.
