"The only complaint I have about the facility was the beds. Sat on concrete pads and were worn out making it feel like you were sleeping on the concrete. Did not have a good nights sleep our entire stay because I was constantly waking up from my body being sore from sleeping on a concrete pad."

"Sent to different hotel with no notice! The place we stayed at was worth every bit of the trip. They closed our location for renovations and hotels.com didn't tell us. Our friend who picked us up at airport found out. But, The Colonial Suites was everything we wanted and close to everything!"

"This property is older, but kept up and very clean. Housekeeping does a wonderful job. All staff was very attentive and accommodating when my flight was canceled and I was coming a day later than anticipated. They are actively updating the hotel as well. Rooftop pool and area was very clean and a gave a great ocean view and the beautiful sunsets.
A few in my group are scuba divers and there is an area to rinse off and hang scuba gear.
Breakfast was excellent every morning- especially the fresh...

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms were spacious, the staff was hard working and friendly. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. It was an easy $10 taxi ride to town. The Lobster House Restaurant and Key Lime Pie Factory across the street are both very good. The only thing that needs some improvement is the food served at the restaurant onsite. "

"This hotel is great for divers . There is a dive shop on site and more next door. The restaurant opens one hour before dive boat goes. You also can walk around to some shops if you want or other restaurants. You can rent a car at the front desk if you want. Less than 5 minutes to one of the national parks by car. Oh and nice shore dive right out front of the hotel "

Hotel offers coffee, hot water , croissant with butter and jelly and they'll bring a tray to tour room every morning at the time you decide. There is a pool but was too busy to go try it. Overall I recomend it."

"We loved our stay at Serenity Glamping. Our accommodation was the "Lodge" which has a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms. I recommend the Lodge because the restaurant on site is VERY expensive so it is nice to be able to have your own food/drinks at your site. The Lodge was very private and wonderful! Only steps away from the beautiful XpuHa beach. :)
