"I recently stayed at Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen and it was hands down the best resort experience I’ve had in all of Mexico, not even close.
From the moment we arrived, everything was dialed in. The property itself is stunning, the food exceeded expectations across the board, and the overall atmosphere felt high-end without being pretentious. Every detail is clearly intentional, and it shows.

" Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. "

"Pools were immaculate and many options. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room is awesome, housekeeping was perfect. Room service was ok.
They forgot about one of our orders, but everything else came on time. The tacos are the way to go for room service snacks. "

"Clean rooms and impecable room service. Property itself was small and easy to navigate. Gift shop stayed open until 11pm which came in handy!
Breakfast was great at both restaurants and the afternoon taqueria being open was fabulous!
The beach was why we stayed here. Romantic and calm atmosphere. We loved our time"

"They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back.
Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!"

"The Blue Angel Resort is now our home away from home. It has everything for divers and even non divers. Beautiful resort, right on the ocean, with views from every room. "Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Plaza Cozumel. The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
