"This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. "When I saw the pictures of this property, I wasn’t expecting top-tier, all-inclusive quality, but I was expecting at least a basic level of cleanliness and good communication with the staff. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
When I arrived, the entire border of the studio was dirty, covered with black grime. The towels were old, discolored, and stiff. There were ants coming out of the air conditioning, and there wasn’t even hand soap in the bathroom.
