"The pros: Beautiful pools on the impressions side. The meals at Cielo and Bisou were wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The spa was great - we did the 80 minute massage and 50 minutes of hydrotherapy. The resort was not crowded at all and we never had an issue getting seated poolside. The cons: Made the mistake of doing one of their timeshare presentations - they were rude and condescending. We spoke with other guests at the resort who had similar experiences with the rude selling tactics. Many of the restaurants offered some meals for an extra charge which was frustrating. The Butler service was ok. It was not a real butler service but they were nice and tried their best."

"This was our first stay at this hotel and would like to say we did enjoy our time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was clean and tidy. Our room was also very clean and was kept that way throughout our stay. Just to say that Iram ? who kept our room tidy done some amazing towel creations of animals. It was nice to see when people were smoking on their balcony and by the pool they were informed of the rules about not smoking and only smoke in the designated areas by the staff. It was my wife's birthday and it was nice that a little something was done in the room for her. The food in the buffet was mostly good but sometimes was a challenge for my wife to put evening meals together because she is a fussy eater. She did not have this problem in the H10 hotel we stayed in Jamaica. The restraints that we ate at were very good with good food choices. The beach was clean and tidy. The sea had lots of rocky areas but were smooth to walk on but wearing beach shoes solved the problem. There are some sandy areas as well in the sea. Good place to do some snorkelling. Just like to thank the Arely and Marlene for there help with extending our check out time and also Donny in the bowling area. Overall had a great time."
