Wow! Where do I start? The room was amazing, the pools are awesome! Very well maintained grounds. Great dining and excellent room service. But, the true standouts are the staff. Everyone was warm and friendly, attentive to every detail. Roberto was our concierge and was absolutely the best! He kept in close contact and was very respectful and responsive. A truly wonderful human being. This was our second trip and we can't wait to return!

We've been to several all-inclusive resorts in Mexico (including Fairmont Mayakoba).. and this one has been our favorite! Upon our arrival we upgraded to the "reserve" area for a very reasonable cost and it was well worth the price. We truely can't say enough about the quality of the staff and food.
