"Pros: Clean property Helpfull and friendly staff Cons -Room was outdated, damp, mouldy and had rust all over -A/c cannot be adjusted to your comfort settings. 22 degrees centigrate is the lowest you can go, making the room extremely hot - platinum status is a hoax . Save urself some money and just get deluxe -if you have a problem , concierge wont care - half the restaurants are closed."

Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip."

"We stayed on the family side of the resort. The common areas of the hotel, rooms, and pool were all great. All was very clean, and family-friendly. The paths to the beach were easily accessible, and a very peaceful surrounding. Our only complaint was that the food wasnt as good as what we expected. It wasn't horrible, but just not as good as what we would have expected from a resort like this. Also, we added on the Family Concierge package.
