The hotel is clean; location is great. Lots of restaurants closeby. Their idea of breakfast is 1-item, on a pre-prepared, saran wrapped dessert plate, that you must request from the front desk attendant. Next housekeeping is not consistent with DAILY room cleaning. I recently booked a week's stay, and didn’t get room service until my 3rd day, after asking the front desk about the regularity of the service. Next, no comforter or blanket on the bed. I got only oneTowels; had to ask for a hand towel, and the bathrug for the floor in front of the shower. This is a fall hazard. I was told they did not have enough; besides they were cream-colored, meant to be white. No cups/glasses, no tissues in the room. The tv is all apps; most don't work. No local channels. There's 1 bathroom in the lobby of which the light was out of service. I brought it to the front desk attendant's attention; he acknowledged my concern. You get better service at Holiday Inn. Forget about the Rooftop pool!! The only thing this place has going for it is location, and fairly clean.
