Great family destination. We were pleased with the food offerings and activities. It was fun to see the wildlife wandering around the resort. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Das Hotel ist eine wunderschöne anlage, das Zimmer war sauber ubd die größe völlig ausreichend. Das essen war wirklich sehr gut. Das Personal in der Lobby, Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Personal jedoch in den Restaurants und bars fand ich unfreundlich und sehr trinkgeld bezogen. Ich lebe in Mexiko und bin ehrlich gesagt etwas anderes gewöhnt von den Mexikanern.

Buenos Shows en playa y en el teatro, excelentes restaurantes, muchas palapas, en general el hotel esta perfecto, el detalle del area de masajes en medio de la naturaleza es genial la vegetacion y fauna en medio del hotel lo hacen muy cautivador

Beautiful property with kind, attentive staff. Our rooms were spotless each day and the grounds are gorgeous. We enjoyed every meal and had top notch service at each restaurant. Beach had some sargassum but the resort seemed to be constantly working to remove it. Only suggestion- our rooms were far from breakfast locations and it would’ve been nice to at least have coffee available closer to beach area.
