Staff was very friendly, food was amazing, facilities were pristine and spectacularly maintained, and rooms were big, comfortable and well equipped. It is much better to rent a car to get to this location and be able to visit nearby attractions such as cenotes, Xcaret, Cancun itself, etc. Only negative side is that the “all inclusive” does not actually include water activities such as kayaks, scuba diving, jet skis, etc. they all have additional prices, even those that were supposed to be included such as kayaks, have some tourist taxes. The additional price was mentioned during the booking process (for jet skis), though. By far the best restaurants were the French and the Italian, truly spectacular food and service. The cafe near the lobby was also really good, with very tasty options and excellent service. The beach was pretty small but very well maintained and clean, despite sargassum, it was frequently removed. The pool was also very nice, with an open bar next to it, as well as a pizza station. Overall, a spectacular experience, would definitely come back!
