"This hotel was such a great stay! We enjoyed the food, the helpful staff, the spa, the pool, and the view from the beach. The travel staff was helpful in booking an excursion that would be fun with the weather (intermittent rain) and it was easy to make dinner reservations each night."

"Hot tub was not working, but they still tried to upgrade you to a cabana by the pool? Only about 40 couples in the hotel. It would have been great customer service to say - due to our hot tub not working for weeks - you get a free cabana for a day or two. Instead the just tried to get a room or cabana ..."
