Making suggestions for dinner and reservations, they were always available to help. Breakfast was more than adequate and well enjoyed. We would return to this hotel when visiting Cádiz. While we did not purchase cancellation insurance when we booked, other hotels and tours we booked waived their policy as the circumstances were beyond our control. This hotel refused to consider our request for a refund stating “The policy is clear”"
