"The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, the rooms were great (except in room 322 I couldn’t figure out how to lower the refrigerator- everything froze), the grounds and pool area were well maintained. The restaurant food was good and the free breakfast was good every morning. The only thing I would suggest is to have complimentary coffee out all day since they have fruit water out all day. Other than that the week long stay was great!"

"This is most definitely where you want to stay! Molly does an amazing job with making you feel so comfortable. The unit is absolutely gorgeous! Has beautiful decor, smells amazing and over all feels light and calm. It’s a home away from home. I loved it. Also, the view to the beach I love and the fact that you can hear the ocean. The area is great you can walk around grab food, hear music and enjoy yourself. Thank you for this experience Molly!"

"Unique setting surrounded by amazing rainforest. Stayed in the river view glamping tent. Common restroom/shower was very clean and just a short walk on lighted pathway from tent. Booked two nights, stayed only the first night. 2:10 a.m. and until daybreak a rooster decided to crow with all he had nonstop somewhere just outside the tent. Tried twice thru the night to locate it and run it off but due to dense rainforest did not succeed. Sleepless night, notified property first thing in a.m. and...

"Not at all what I remembered from staying here years ago. Service is very poor. Food is average. Hotel public areas need a lot of TLC. For what we payed, I don’t believe it is worth it."

"Ana at the front desk was terrible. Her attitude was unprofessional, she didn’t make me feel welcomed because I didn’t speak Spanish. Also, I paid extra for an ocean view room and I got a rainforest view room. I’m disappointed and won’t be returning. The roots breakfast buffet was DISGUSTING and $35 per person. The drinks were not cold, the food was not hot, the AC wasn’t working, it was just a nightmare."
