"This is a very unique hotel. So fun to explore all the very colorful areas - the rainforest with three pools, monkeys and macaws. The open air restaurant was staffed by the most congenial people. Joshua in the front office went above and beyond to assist us when our rental car wouldn’t start - our Spanish isn’t that good and without him we may not have been able to communicate to Avis what our problem was. Our room was very nice, up high with amazing
