"I booked 3 balcony rooms. Only 1 had a true balcony. The other 2 rooms had a balcony sized window with a concrete ledge approximately 1 foot wide. You couldn't even go out onto it. I would NOT consider this a balcony and should not have been charged extra for these rooms. Other than that the rooms were clean, well provisioned and the beds were comfortable. Don't waste your money paying for a balcony room."

"The Keefer hotel was a unique experience in that there is no on-site front desk; all the communication with staff occurs remotely. That being said, there did appear to be a security guard available 24/7 and housecleaning was present in the mornings. "L'Hermitage is a wonderful boutique hotel. The staff who work at this hotel are so friendly and helpful. The location is very good, you can walk to many great restaurants and the hotel has bikes you can borrow to bike the seawall. At the end of a long day there is a very nice hot tub and heated pool. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfy and the shower is perfect. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good and the service was amazing. I cannot recommend this...
