"Great hotel v well located for the Centre and Tube. Excellent local shops and restaurants. Hotel was great and would stay again - shame that rooftop bar that we were looking forward to was not open ."

"LOVE this hotel. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Plan to eat at least one dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was amazing. Lots of people came to eat at the restaurant that weren't even staying at the hotel. Didn't eat breakfast but if dinner was any indication it would have been great. Rooms were very nice. Modern bathroom with good water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Great location just a short walk to the main square. If we go back to Valencia we would stay there...

"Fantastic location, amazing staff, clean and welcoming hotel. The room was a little dark but to be expected due to its location. The balcony was great for evening people watching. The kitchenette facilites were basic but perfect for a light lunch or dinner. Could have done with a few more utensils. But the staff were very accommodating when we asked for anything. Great stay, thank you."

They have an underground parking garage so we rented a car at the airport for day trips out of the city. Driving in the old town was challenging with many narrow, dead end, and one-way streets. "We had a problem with the air conditioning. They were very helpful in having it repaired quickly. The room was cleaned daily, always extra water. The staff At the front desk were wonderful to deal with. No problem with the Wifi. The breakfast had lots of healthy choices, great coffee"

Tuve que pedir cambio de cuarto porque daba a una azotea completamente sucia yo creo que no deberían hacer eso porque las habitaciones que ponen para resecar se ven de otra manera.
