"The staff was great and took care of us. In particular, the restaurant's staff were amazing. The breakfast was varied and much better than other hotels in the town. The laundry had only one unit, which was insufficient to meet demand. The dryer was not working. It is a good facility, but the carpet was not in great shape."

"We were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was very bad. The WIFI in the hotel was extremely slow, and the cell phone service was terrible. "

"During my stay, the shower flooded due to a clogged drain. When I checked the drain plug, it was filled with hair and a black mildew/slime buildup, which caused the water to back up. Because of this, I had to shower using very low water pressure so the water would slowly drain. Even the faucet water would begin to back up, which was extremely unpleasant. The room itself was also quite small, and overall it felt unclean. The television only provided local channels with no access to other viewing options. Additionally, there were only two electrical outlets in the entire room—one near the bed and one in the restroom—which was inconvenient. While the staff members were friendly and courteous, the overall condition of the room made for a very poor experience. Due to these issues, I had to cancel my planned week-long stay and reserve accommodations elsewhere. "

"We did not stay. It was not clear that the Hotel was in Mexico. Did not have my passport. I looked up hotels near El Paso Tx airport. It gave me the one in Mexico. I want my money back Pamela underwood"
