"My mom, aunt and I stayed there and got adjoining rooms. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean and the beds were great. The large sofa in the living room was also nice as was the oversized fridge. A favorite of ours was the happy hour each night (free sangria or margaritas with snacks) and the made to order omelets for breakfast (all included). The location was also excellent- minutes to great restaurants, the parks, grocery and stores. We were not there for entertainment but due to the...

"+ $200 im fees and taxes , pricing is deceiving and too many tax and fees on top of fees .
You rent a room and pay to use the amenities on top .Then get taxed o room and then on amenities ...
Just add all charges to room so people can see straight .
And do not leave courtesy water if it is gonna be $7 each, instead of class shows how predatory the charges are , also included in room price if you want to sell it and that is it .Tell people who is doing this that they will kill such a nice resort...

"As always, we have an amazing stay here. We stay here roughly 3 to 5 times a year and staff is always very friendly. Unfortunately, during this trip, the customer service representative that checked me in, was not as helpful as any other time in the past. I always get early check-in for free due to my status, but she was not able to give it to me this time because I had my daughter check-in since she arrived earlier than I did. I have done that in the past and it was never an issue. Other than...

"The most important part is that everything was clean. I found it a bit odd that in the lobby there was a coffee machine that charged $3.50, I dont think I have ever stayed in a hotel that doesn't have complimentary coffee. The pool and 2 hot tubs were great and I would definitely stay here again except the location. Too far to walk for dining options and attractions. The rooms were a bit dated and not the best layout. I was unable to open the bathroom door over 1/2 way due to hitting the shower...
