"cost was good but needs updating"

"Good location, reasonable price"

"Not worth the money:("

"Worst hotel. First they overbooked and almost had to find a new room. The IU and Michigan game was the next night so all the hotels were booked. They found us a room and it smelled so bad. It has been days and I still smell the moldy smell."

"Was a really nice stay over 3 nights. Breakfast, although small, was good. However, we did find 2 socks from a previous guest around the room. Also, one VERY HELPFUL recommendation: we had an accessible room because I'm currently on a knee scooter. However, for that room, a door opener button would be very helpful, as the room doors are extremely heavy. If I was in a wheelchair, there's no way I would have had the leverage to open it up. Also, there weren't nearly enough handicap parking spots...

"The continuing issue that was present also under the prior ownership is that certain of the staff the handles the front desk is seriously under trained."

"Counter and breakfast staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Only issue with evening staff was there was only one person and they seemed to be trying to do a lot of things which took them away from the counter. Had a number of people come to the counter looking for assistance. The counter person would usually show up after a short wait."

"Everything was in order"
