"We had a great time at the Tru Hotel! It was newly remodeled building and we were welcomed by a friendly staff. Loved how nice and clean the room and bathroom was. One of the best hotel options in the area for parking. There was street parking after 4pm for free or a public parking lot across the street for $25 through the hotel. Also it was in close walking distance to the Inner Harbor and lots of great restaurants. Such a nice choice for a weekend getaway! We’ll definitely come back. "

The bed and pillows were SO comfortable, coupled with the fact that it seemed our room was sound-proof, lol...we slept incredibly well. We didn't hear any noise at all. It was wonderful! "The man who checked us in was pleasant and kind. He had to deal with a man who was lingering outside the hotel & kept coming in. The area around the hotel didn't feel the safest. Our room was loud, we could hear music from the casino close by, doors constantly slamming and I don't know if it was a car backfiring or gun shots that we heard a few times. "This is not my first time here , but it will definitely be my last .yesterday i went out early came back ans the room wasn't cleaned i called downstairs and asked the front desk for fresh towels,she told me i needed to come down and get since she didnt gave anyone to bring them up.i saud okay, the next day as i was leaving out the hotel i told the front deck no one came yesterday to clean the room came you make sure someone cleaned it today i need fresh clean linen and towels and another roll...
