Harbor Town, BW Signature Collection by Best Western
8/10 Good
"The breakfast was a nice touch. I had breakfast the first morning, but left too early the second day to enjoy breakfast. Everyone seemed very nice, the carpet and such were a bit worn and dirty, but the hotel was extremely quiet, and I didn't have to worry about any pot smell coming down the hall during my visit. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area."
"The hotel itself looked nice & staff was cool, but the water from the sink & shower smelled funny. Might have a sewage issue. Also the hot tub was out of order & that was not mentioned on the website when booking. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Overall I would say if you’re just staying one night it would be a cool place, but nothing long term"
"The cleanliness in the room was okay. The carpet could have used a thorough cleaning as it appeared to have coffee stains throughout. The edge between the wall and floor could use some cleaning, but otherwise the room was adequately clean. The towels and washcloths are numerous which is a delight. Staff was helpful, whenever we asked for something they were able to answer. Breakfast was okay - the scrambled eggs were okay, but there was plenty to eat. Breakfast staff were very helpful, especially when we just wanted plain (not the sugared, flavored) oatmeal packets. They actually found some plain instant oats and provided that. That was great too!"
