"The rooms are pricey compared to the size, Breakfast is included and was pretty good, great variety. Can control room temperature. Always wait downstairs for food delivery, my food was left at my door without notification and someone took it. The hotel doesn't have cameras in the hallways, couldn't confirm who retrieved the food.... Horrible experience."

"Trying to check in after a long drive I waited for a half an hour at the front desk, wondering if anyone was working there. Finally someone showed up. There was another couple waiting there too. It was around 7 at night maybe you need someone to stay at the desk at all times for any late arrivals. Coffee needs to be improved,, tastes old not a fresh brewed at all ,, it needs to be upgraded. The rest of the breakfast was very nice. Fresh fruit other than bananas and oranges would be a plus. ...

"The room didn’t feel clean, the restaurant inside had one person running it and was very late taking our order for food and drinks. The staff at the door was very nice, outside of that it wasn’t a very good experience. I’ve been in cheaper hotels that were cleaner and better with service!"

"Clean room, great staff, great breakfast with lots of options. Always coffee available and the room and facilities were kept well. We got a room with a jacuzzi and it was perfect! The pool wasn’t full size and was a little dirty, but we still enjoyed it and others did as well. We made use of the gym, but the water bubbler was empty both days. The front desk gave us bottled water instead."

"I hated our time at the Armon. They had a large Jewish wedding get together and limited access really to only our rooms and said the Jewish congregation reserved basically the entire hotel. If this was going to be the case they should have warned us and told us to book at a different hotel."

"Beautiful location and good property for YOUNG, ATHLETIC folks able to navigate the hills and distances between venues. Not so good for those with disabilities or just tired old knees, hips and hearts! Doors very heavy and w/o automated openers, shower floors very slippery, only two USB outlets in room, and NONE in bathroom. No easy way to get from Parking Lot to Lobby, and no cart or van STAFF TO ASSIST! Property is lovely, but I stayed an extra three nights to enjoy the resort. It was a...
