"Didnt like having to leave a $100 deposit for damages if any were found and being told that it would be refund to my card if no damages found but that this refund would not show in my bank statement. How is that??? To my knowledge if it is refund it should be showing in my bank statement, yes or no??? My stay was from 4pm to 2am was charged $242.34 plus $100 that I would like to see in my statement. Thank you."

"The room was nice, everything was very modern and clean. Bed felt like a cloud, slept beautifully. AC was great in the room! Very close to beach and multiple good restaurants. Only downside was the water pressure in the shower and the room being a bit small. The size is intimate for a couple if staying for a few days."

"Very close to the beach. Has an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. Very simple check-in and out process. Room was clean and as pictured, with no major issues. We stayed for 6 nights and had a very comfortable stay! We will be returning on our next trip! "

"We arrived a little before check in and were told room wasn’t ready, didn’t get into our room until 5pm. However, very convenient hotel. It is about 10 minutes from airport, Old San Juan and 10 minute walk from beach, food, souvenir and pharmacy store."

"The view was nice, room looked nice and clean however, there wasn’t enough counter space. Also, the A/C didn’t put out enough air and didn’t cool the room very well. The one thing that we didn’t appreciate was when there was no transparency when we ordered drinks on the beach in regards to being upfront about the expensive service charge. An average 12 ounce beer and a 12 ounce pina colada…$34 plus a tip, $40 total. Probably won’t stay at this place again."

"Great location!!! Beautiful beach view. The beach is literally across the street! Everything within walking distance. The couch/sofa bed needs a good cleaning and definitely more bath linens needed to be provided. We had a party of 3 for 5 nights and only received 3 bath towels and 3 washclothes. this would not have been an inconvenience, if the unit was equipped with a washer and dryer. "AMAZING all around. They provide beach towels and chairs, give you a daily allowance to spend on snacks and drinks. There’s so many food spots/ coffee shops within walking distance. The staff we’re the best the I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. "
