"My impression is that this refurbished historic motel from the mid-20th century is owner operated. Plainly the staff try very hard to give you a good experience. This said, the room stank of disinfectant, so badly that I had to open all the windows for a hour or two to clear the room. Also the property backs against train tracks, which are in use. Otherwise fine."

"Wonderful and yes, cozy, atmosphere at this establishment -- a nicely updated, clean and well-maintained 2-story motel probably originally of mid 20th C architectural vintage. Excellent staff/proprietor who exudes a calm, polite and caring demeanor. Very enjoyable 2-night stay in the late spring of 2026. "I absolutely love the Maple Terrace Motel. The rooms are spacious and incredible fresh and clean and the grounds are really beautiful sitting just beneath a gorgeous horse farm and large sweeping willow trees. The views are stunning and especially from the pool area and gorgeous fire pit and chair circle which is such a joy to sit in and observe the horses in the field or beautiful Berkshire sky above. "Absolutely lovely. Clean! New carpet. Fridge and microwave. Comfy bed. Ground floor only and park right in front of the door-a must for those with physical issues. Great owner! Just a great visit. Will be gifting my son md his wife a trip to the area with williamstown Motel to stay."

"Older strip type motel. That said room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was good for a couple of days that I stayed. No breakfast available at motel though they did give me a discount coupon to bar/resturant next door. "

"Great friendly hotel with great lobby, hot breakfast, spacious individual working place at the tables. 24/7 hot and drinking water. The only drawback is that the window is theoretically opennable by construction but the hotel installed the obstacle to open the window. Thus, we could not enjoy fresh night air."

"Rooms do not have coffee makers, the free breakfast is devoid of protein, and the fitness center out of order. That said, the rooms are adequate if you are out and about all day needing only a place to shower and sleep, the hotel is in a convenient location, at moderate cost."

"I asked for help in getting my rewards number I was told they can’t look them up. I asked if I could get a little milk for my morning coffee and was told they can’t open the milk??? I would not stay here in the future"
