"Great Staff the "

"I was totally mislead by the pictures on Expedia and what this property looked like. I was shown a room with a sitting area and a balcony and booked that room. All thiose rooms were shut down for renovation. The property was dirty and dated. Furnisture worn down, bed dated and uncomfortable. Carpet in room filthy. Worts stay I have ever had and it was expensive. Very dissapounbted."

"Family of 3- room was exactly what we expected. Location was great! We love to utilize the subway and this hotel was close to 3 different transit lines which made it super easy for us to navigate and get anywhere we needed to be in Manhattan. Loved being able to walk to Staten Island Ferry, Wall Street, Battery Park, and loads of local eateries like Liberty Bagel and Tacombi. We loved being able to have somewhere safe to keep our luggage before we checked in and after check out so we could continue to explore NYC. All the staff were lovely and the hotel was impeccably clean."

The staff were incredibly accommodating with my request for a room with a specific view and the room itself was clean and incredibly unique and eclectic. The bed was lovely, breakfast was scrumptious, and overall I loved my stay here and will certainly be back."

"It was a hip cool hotel with a young fresh atmosphere. There was a bar at night with a dj until 1am. I was too tired from travel but I will take advantage of that next time! The staff was excellent, especially Isaac who was so helpful and went above and beyond."

"Good location. If there would’ve been a small fridge, it would’ve been 5 stars. Bed was comfortable and AC was COLD! shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers. Blankets on bed were also impressive. Hot chocolate at night. Coffee and tea with cookies in the morning. Microwave is in lobby. "
