"I have stayed at this property multiple times previously with no issues. However, this trip, there were multiple issues including a toilet that didn’t work properly and no one to attempt to fix it. Additionally, there was a storm and the debris and trash cans were left unattended, I arrived late be evening and there was no parking available. I had to get out of my vehicle clear all the trash and debris in order to try and park in the only available spot which was a handicap spot.

"The air conditioner made loud sounds throughout the night keeping me awake. There is construction going on to upgrade the property. I understand but the water had to be turned off at 11:00 am when checkout is at noon. It seems this could have happened closer to checkout time. "Got to the airport about 1030pm & was still able to use the shuttle from the hotel even though they stop the shuttle at 11. Quick easy check in. Clean, good sized room!
