Beds had no mattress protectors on them just a flat sheet that is always coming off through the night so you wake up on a dirty mattress. Called front desk they said they don’t do mattress protectors. Hallways and rooms are out dated and need a serious remodel. Took 5 days just to get replenished ...

The wait to check in was literally 1 hour and 46 min. It was a disaster! They blamed it on being busy… no apologies no nothing and still had to pay the resort fee. The rooms had a weird old smell. I called the front asking for managers multiple times but no one would help. It was a rough stay
