"The room was amazing! We loved that it was only a short distance from Universal Studios and the area was very quiet. The only issue we encountered was the handle on the shower was hard to turn. Other than that, it was a great stay."

"This is our 3rd time at this hotel. The property and options are excellent for pool, recreation and food. We did encounter a few issues with our room but they were sorted. Our suite also smelt like chemicals, either from cleaning or pool and it triggered my daughters asthma which was a bit frustrating."

"This was a great place to stay, close to Disney, plenty of room for our family and a great price. We did not use any of the amenities like the workout room or the pool, we were in the parks most of the time during our stay. The only problem we had was one morning around 7:30 AM. Someone from the staff opened our door while we were still in bed which was a little frightening and put us on edge the rest of our visit. I called the front desk and they said they don’t have any record of anyone...
