"The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine.

"The location was good, and the front desk staff were sweethearts. There is also plenty of free parking options, and getting to places from the hotel waa simple. They also offer shuttle services.
However, for the free breakfast the toasters were barely even working. There was only one elevator and it takes a while to get to your room. The cleaning staff left a bag of trash in our bathroom sink for some reason, and the day after we had issues with the keycard."

"The front desk guy was amazing and helpful. In the other hand the room are old and dirty, the bed sheet had stain on it, the old smell was terrible, the air conditioning is either on or off. The advantage is that it is kind of close to the airport everything, but I will go somewhere else next time."

"It’s a nice property with a very nice beach, the rooms were big with a separate living room area. When we booked the room beach chairs were included for no extra cost, then we get there and it’s $80 a day for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella. There was an $11 service fee to set up the chairs and umbrella and then we still had to leave a tip! I have no issue tipping but why a service charge? What’s that for? "Unfriendly front desk staff. I came at 3 pm and the lady said she is working on rooms and ask me to come at 3.30 pm. I asked her to give call . She asked my license and checked and said my room is not ready and did not ask my number. I was waiting there and went to desk when it is more than 30-45 minutes . She then checked and gave me the room. She should have called. When I asked room number she said it is on card in unprofessional way. She was very serious and sounded like she did not care....

"Room appeared to be clean but with all the ants didn't feel that way. I had to eat out more than I would have liked because if you left any unpackaged food sitting for any period of time there would be ants all over it. The staff tried to help but the ants persisted. air conditioners run 24/7 so you will have to listen to the air conditioners all day. To be fair to the property they didn't make me pay for parking for my inconvenience."
