"Our room was terrible. There was mold on the beds and there was a cockroach on the curtian, and damages to the walls.
We tried to get our money back and they refused. Said we needed to speak the manager. Tried 5 times the next day to contact her and she was either not in until 11, busy at the moment and then finally she just refused to call us back.
Take caution the photos you see are not the the true pictures of the rooms conditons!"

"We chose this hotel to save money by having breakfast included. However, when we checked in, they told us that they weren’t serving breakfast at the property anymore for no reason. It was very important to me because I wanted to have free breakfast with the family before starting the day.
The gym also had very few machines. Other than that, everything was good. The hotel is close to the beach. The only issue was that breakfast wasn’t included, and that really affected our experience."
