"It was definitely an amazing experience staying in this hotel. Staff were friendly rooms were clean. It was a nice day for the time that I stayed six days. Breakfast was phenomenal and the garden was really beautiful. Me and my wife really enjoyed staying here for a honeymoon."

"Great property for an easy stay near the airport -- minutes walk to the T2 tram stop and just one stop to the airport. It is modern and well-kept for a comfortable stay. The only letdown was the wifi was poor or could not be connected but it was a quick overnight stay to catch a morning flight, so I just left earlier to the airport to use the wifi there."

"There were no Vineyard views but it is in a decent location in Florence. The "Garden Suite" is a joke. It overlooks a courtyard that was covered in green moss and had a hose strewed about. It was not usable. So there was no view of anything. We opened the window overlooking it at night to get some air and I assume this is why we woke up with lots of bites! We never saw a mosquito though. They told us the AC didn't work. The hotel's elevator is a 1 person elevator that was too scary to use...

"From the moment we arrived, Alazne was right there, along with the other staff member, but Alazne was front and center providing what would make a 5-star hotel blush in comparison. She jumped at every opportunity to make sure we had the BEST experience possible. That continued throughout our visit, enough that we would consider just coming back to Italy to stay there under her care! She got us entry to a difficult to get museum, provided dinner choices and our room was immaculate and we felt...

"上品でリラックスできるインテリア、清潔な客室のホテルでした。予約した時、15㎡は狭いかと心配しました。しかしスーツケースを広げられましたし、快適でした。 レセプションスタッフはどのスタッフも暖かみのある方々でした。2泊延泊するにあたり、エクスペディアから予約をしたかったです。しかし、宿泊している部屋と同じタイプの部屋の金額は出ているのに、上位グレードの部屋しか表示されていなかったため、エクスペディアからの予約は叶いませんでした。 レセプションスタッフに相談したところ、親切に同部屋を提案してくれました。 朝ごはんもとても美味しく、１日の始まりとして良かったです。 部屋の清掃も毎日行き届いており、街歩きの後ゆっくり休めました。 上階の足跡、金曜日と土曜日の夜の喧騒が若干気になりましたが、トータルとして非常に良い滞在が叶いました。 初めてのイタリア、初めてのフィレンツェが良い思い出になったこと、感謝します。"
