"The room was very clean. I was surprised and disappointed. I hadn’t brought my slippers because I did not know it was a non-carpeted surface, which made it cooler to the person walking barefooted. "The room and the cleanliness were great. The person who was supposed to cook the hot portion of breakfast didn’t show and the staff disappeared so they didn’t even explain what had happened. I would use this hotel chain again. It seems all businesses are plagued by poor employees now"

"we are elderly and we were booked in a third floor room. The elevator did not work during our entire stay. plus the room key they gave us did not work. I have a bad back and my husband has bad knees. we had to do 3 trips to bring up our luggange and get a room key that worked. This was unacceptable"

The refrigerator had several rust spots on the door and it only had three legs so it was wobbly despite the rolled up shopping bag used to correct the wobbling. No hooks any where in the room to hang towels. Holes in the bathroom door indicated where the hooks used to be.
