"Room/condo was awesome. Full kitchen, spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms!! The pool/ sauna were great. Except they closed at 4pm!!! On a Friday night and Saturday!!! When asked they explained that they are having staffing issues. But we were a little disappointed because we came for the pool and the coast. Otherwise everything was fantastic. Beach access was a little hike, but beautiful and private. They had tons of fun board games/ puzzles to borrow. Also a wonderful coffee/ hot chocolate bar...

"Stayed in License to chill and exceeded my expectations! The view from the 3rd floor was breathtaking, this jr condo had everything we needed for our three night stay. I have stayed at a lot of places in Lincoln county (I used to live in Waldport) and this was by far my favorite place, maybe ten steps to the beach, walking distance to amazing restaurants and gift shops! 10 out of 10 recommend!"

"We were supposed to have a beach view but was blocked by porta potties right outside our slider no air conditioner and had to keep the slider closed due to the porta potty smell the carpet was filthy doors were all scratched in very poor condition "

"The condo had a lovely view of the ocean, nice finishes and was clean. However, we were disappointed in the rest. We booked it based upon the 'luxury oceanfront' marketing. All 5 blinds in the the primary bedroom were broken; 4 would not go up and 1 would not go down. There were no blinds on the glass door leading to the patio. "Room was not cleaned properly pair of underware laying in the ground just outside the spa railing coffee table was dirty from last guests and the coffee maker was disgusting. No privacy as the other unit to the left sticks out and people basically look right into your room. I will never stay here again"
