They personally showed us to our room and were attentive to any questions we had. The location of the hotel is great as most things in Maui are easy to get to. "Best sleep I’ve had on vacation! This was easily one of our favorite stays in Maui. The unit was incredibly spacious and spotless, but the highlight was definitely the comfort level. The description wasn't kidding about the premium bedding—the memory foam mattress and Egyptian cotton sheets were heavenly after a long day of hiking and swimming. "The property location was exactly what we wanted, easy access to the Wailea beachfront walking path and directly on the beach. We had a great time but if you are considering this place you need to go in with your eyes wide open. It was very pricey for how tired this unit is. It badly needs a full renovation. The tile is from the 1980's, the carpet is gross and crunchy. When we arrived late, it appeared someone had tried to break in the sliding doors and that set off numerous R&M emails...

"The hotel was so nice, with great pools and amenities. At the end, there is a hospitality room for guests to shower and change before flights, which was essential, as check out was at 11am and we didn't leave until 11pm."
