"Lovely people. Lots of space. Uliti gave me rides to change money and go to town and picked me up when he was available."

"I would not stay here again as the walls are VERY thin and you can hear everything all your neighbors are doing. Also, the "partial" ocean view is heavy on the partial. HOWEVER I do want to call out the man and woman that work the front desk, they are FANTASTIC. Very helpful and accommodating and friendly. I would stay at any hotel they were working at."

"Beautiful place to stay, hidden Jem will always come back."

"The host was so welcoming and approachable. He was amazing he welcome use with ilopen arms. We will definitely stay there again. "

"I booked the Sea village because it was in a great location on ALII Dr. in Kona. We had a one bedroom, w/kitchen, living room, small dinette area and a beautiful lanai that looked out towards the ocean. The condo was ultra clean, and had everything you needed if you wanted to cook a meal. A washer and dryer inside the kitchen. "Front staff was very kind, understanding, and supportive. Room was clean and impressive."

"The outside landscaping and decor with the native flora and fire torches and pits was outstanding. The rooms were well appointed and thought out."

"Left the room for one hour, we came back and BUGS all over our room, in toilet, coming out of the sink, ended up going on our bed, on the walls EVERWHERE. They gave us a 2nd room and still bugs and ants. Asked for refund for 1 night as we didnt feel comfortable staying there and they refused and STILL refuse. We asked Expedia for help only they helped us a bit but the hotel refuses apparently “its normal because of tropical island”. Of course there are bugs, but not like this. The front desk...

"Great location and the place was nice and big with lots of room. Liked having a kitchen and laundry in the unit."

"The bathrooms were disgusting, I don’t think anyone cleaned them the whole 6 days I was there. I scrubbed the toilet myself b/c it was so nasty. The sheets on my bed were used and not washed. Great area-too bad it cost so much for not much."

"Rooms were small and limited dining options at the resort. Nice location but will need a car to get around. Parking onsite cost $48/day!!"

"Best resort for kids"
