"Room was comfortable and clean. It was really hard to find the entrance and parking garage. A note on the only first floor doir sayng "The entrance is on Ogden Avenue <--" is not sufficient. Please tell guests they need to go down a block, up the hill, turn right to find the entrance. How about signs on the street? A call button? Person who answered the phone number provided by Expedia for the hotel must be Hilton corporate because she did not even understand my question."
"The towels were scratchy, and we saw some small ants between our beds on the end tables (rm 430). Other than that it was a nice place to stay. I think the food could be better arranged because I had to ask people to move that were waiting for the waffles so that I could get to the oatmeal. There were a lot of people at breakfast around 7am and no one cleaned the tables before the next group sat down."
"The staff was great, there is nothing too special about the hotel it just gets the job done if your looking for a 1–2 night stay rooms were clean not the cleanest in the world but they were dearly clean, the furniture was a bit run down and the bathroom was clean. No real complains for the price."
"I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place and was impressed by the overall experience. The staff were consistently helpful, and Abby at the front desk stood out with her kindness and warmth, making check-in and any requests feel effortless.
Amenities at the hotel were great, offering plenty of options to enhance your stay. The room was clean and well maintained, which contributed to a comfortable environment though I felt it could have been a bit more comfortable in terms of (Bedding for longer stays.)
The parking lot was very well lit, which added an extra layer of safety and convenience during nighttime arrivals. Breakfast setup was nice and clean, with a good assortment that started the day on a positive note.
All in all, a solid choice for a stay with friendly service and strong amenities. I’d definitely consider returning to Hyatt Place for another visit."
"Stayed a week there. Quiet rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Breakfasts were great, and gave variety throughout the week. Will definitely use again as I’m frequently in the area"
