Khách sạn Trạm cứu hộ động vật hoang dã Pondicherry

"Hotel has a wonderful position with fantastic views, amenities good and hotel clean."

"We picked this Hotel because of the " dogfriendly " aspect and where pleasantly surprised. Never been in a Hotel that was genuinely so dogfriendly. Beginning from the lady checking us in, to the little gifts for the dogs . The location is excellent, close to a lot of little shops and restaurants. Free parking also available. Our room had everything what you need including a coffee machine and a microwave. It's a historical style hotel and we loved it. We definitely would come again"

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this high-end resort, and it could have been an almost perfect experience if it weren’t for one disappointing interaction with a shuttle driver. I understand that this is a pricey resort, and I expected that when we booked our stay. What I did not expect, however, was the rude treatment we received from one of the shuttle drivers. "Interesting place, the staff were great and so was breakfast , the room we stayed in was a little tired , I appreciate its an old building but especially the bathroom sink in our room , which needs replacing or re-enamelling , it looked dirty even though it wasn't. We only styed the one night , there was a good brew pub at the bottom of the road on the whole a good stay"

"I waited 15 minutes in the lobby for a.yone to show up to check me in. I arrived at 4pm, nkt after hours. I had to call two separate numbers to get any staff to.show up. When I got to my room it was very dirty. The bedding has long dark hair visible on each layer. There was a discarded vape left under the sink, visible when sitting on the toilet. I decided to check out immediately and when.i went to the lobby again, 10 minutes after checking in, no staff were present. I called the number left...

"Well, it’s not the fanciest place but for what it was and the price I paid it was great! Very clean rooms, with good shampoo, soap, etc. I used the sauna, hot tub and pool which was a nice little bonus. We had an adjoining room which was perfect for our travelers."
