"Ladesäule auf dem Gelände ist natürlich super. Lage an sich auch gut. Alles andere hat nicht im Ansatz 4 Sterne verdient. Alles ist alt, Wände teilweise brüchig und kaputt, bis auf neue Kommoden und Fernseher, ist nichts auf dem Neusten Stand. Das Wlan hat nur in der Lobby funktioniert, im Zimmer gar nicht. Für 4 Sterne und den Preis pro Nacht, sind wir richtig enttäuscht worden."

They were huge with every facility required, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries etc. The reception and restaurant staff at the hotel were brilliant, friendly, helpful and attentive. We ate evening meal a couple of times and the food is really good and good value. Could not fault the place."

"Nice hotel with helpful staff. Very close to the Leaning Tower. It is quiet at night and the air conditioning was good. They don’t have breakfast but there is a lovely cafe across the piazza. We would return."

The AC was broken and when I called, they told me there were no ACs in the apartment even though we could see the units installed, and we should just open the windows.
