"Clean hotel, but in the warehouse area not near anything of walking distance. Very basic amenities in the room, no wash clothes, no iron or steamer and no hair conditioner only shampoo. Also, cleaning staff didn’t replace water in room. We had the room with a hot tub, the water was warm at best. Not a “hot” tub. The water from the shower was warmer therefore we didn’t use the hot tub. Staff were friendly and the free shuttle was nice. Also, they have parking nearby if you drive here. Roof top...

"The highlight of this hotel is the wonderful outside space. The lemon grove where you can have a meal or simply sit and relax with a drink is fantastic. The staff overall are very friendly and helpful but, at busy times, we found it difficult to get service whilst sat outside for a drink. The electrics in the bedroom were a bit confusing - lots of switches that did not seem to do anything, and there were no power points on either side of the bed which was inconvenient. Yes the pool was amazing however, the daily shuttles to Sorrento and Sorrento back to the hotel was perfect and the boat excursion they picked you up the hotel and bought you back to the hotel and those were amazing! "The area was in the industrial zone. Not a great area but close to the metro trains. You should see the out area before you book. The gym is closed, the patio deck also closed, a lot of Reno. Kind people but I would not stay there again. Bring your own water."

"Everyone was so helpful and polite. The view is amazing. Was nice to have breakfast every morning, The shuttle is very nice and convenient, just make sure you plan your days knowing the shuttle times if you book for something. Definitely recommend this place!"
