"We stay here often. This time we had a lovely garden room on the 6th floor. This floor has been recently refurbished and really nice. The staff on the roof bar / restaurant were really friendly but unfortunately every time we ordered something it was never correct. "Had a rather mixed stay at Solana. The room was a good size and comfortable. The rooftop pool is definitely the star feature of the hotel, plenty of shade and perfect water temperature with great view. There's a bar you can get drinks and good food too. "Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Warmly greeted on arrival with a welcome drink. Arrived just in time for dinner on our first day, ushered into dining room for a hearty meal. Room was booked as a double but we had two single beds zip linked so it was a queen sized bed, unexpected. The rooms were kept clean by the lovely staff with nothing too much for them. "I can't give this hotel enough stars. The staff are the very best I've ever come across. Our daughter who lives in Malta became unwell when we visited her and the staff went out of their way to help us and arrange for us to extend our stay. "We really enjoyed the hotel as a family. The breakfast opportunity was a bit low just with beans bacon's eggs I agree a lot us from England but when we are in holiday we would like to try something else. The dinner was amazing with a lot of fruit and seafood options. We had for the evening some game place so we enjoyed that aswell. "We stayed for a long weekend, left Sunday, if you are driving please note that the Sunday market will want your parking space. Just remember to move it before O6:00. The cleaning staff are quick, they came in while we were having breakfast and cleaned and made the bed and were gone by the time we came back."

"My stay was everything I’d hoped for and more. My first time in Malta, I wanted a chilled vibe away from the nightlife but for there to still be the option to experience everything the island has to offer. The staff, Muhammad in particular, can’t do enough for you. The room was incredible with private terrace, and kept immaculate daily.
