The staff was super helpful and always cleaned the room and helped you with what ever service you needed. Loved the security they had at the front door after hours made you feel very safe! "We did a quick weekend getaway to Wrightsville Beach for my girlfriends birthday. The guest services rep was nice and inviting but the The hotel room was a nightmare. AC never cooled down. We arrived later in the night so we did not want to interrupt or start an issue that late so we stayed in the room. "Sunday arrival, 2 night stay I really struggled to give this place a second star. It's terrible. A few points in no particular order: -parking is $15 per night. Limit 1 vehicle per room. -elevator is not air conditioned. You literally feel like you're being suffocated. Heaven forbid someone gets stuck. -The AC died in my room and we had to move mid-stay.
