"The property was very clean but The lady at the reception during our check in was very rude. She was very arrogant when we asked to change our room since the room description in the listing was misleading. Couple of things were not working in the room-The electric control for the black out drapes were not working. TV was not working either. The lady during our check out was very courteous."

"Front door code did not work, no reply to messages or calls, left outside for 30 minutes with children in freezing weather until another guest let us in. Rooms are pleasant and clean "

"This apartment is so perfect as it was so central plus we had private parking. The interior is gorgeous including the kitchen with coffee machine and toaster, a rain shower in the bathroom and a swivel tv in the lounge/bedroom. Ample space plus an outside sitting area. We had 3 nights there and could have stayed longer. The breakfast was delivered to the door and it was different every day and so much. We loved it thank you so much. "

"You have to pay more than room rate for cleaning fee. This is cheating and rip-off. The property is run by Sun and Snow company which is unfriendly and stubborn only knowing to say ‘this is our policy’. The address on Expedia is totally different."
