"Our room was clean and beautifully decorated, and organized. The host and inn keeper were super friendly, they made delicious breakfast. The pool came in clutch, it was clean and heated. Some tiny downsides, the free bottle of wine was not provided to us. We wished they have many tables because we had breakfast with other guests in the same table, not bad but it was somewhat awkward. Overall a good experience."

"I expected better from a Best Western. The evening front desk was friendly and tried to help. Our TV did not work. The front desk lady gave us a different remote and turned it off and on. She said to wait 7 minutes and it would work. It did not. We were already in PJ's so just went to bed. I like to watch TV before I sleep and in the morning to watch the weather especially on a trip. "The room was lovely, and the bed was comfortable. Our hostess, Joellen, was friendly and courteous. She makes a mean waffle! Since we were the only guests that evening, we had a lovely conversation with her. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Galveston."

Same trash was by the elevator for all two days I stayed there. There’s little to no maintenance done at all .. the worst was mold all over the mattress… super disgusted. "
